Shipping Costs

Shipping is not included in the product price. Shipping charges are calculated separately and displayed at checkout based on the order and delivery address.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed before being shipped. Once your order is on the way, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been fulfilled.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number so we can help. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier or for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Eligible returns include free return shipping, and no restocking fee will be charged. Items must meet the requirements outlined in our Return Policy.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before fulfillment. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled and must be handled according to our Return Policy.
